Mickie Parks is the Executive Assistant and began her tenure with the City of Woodward in 1984. In addition to her day-to-day operations of the City Manager's Office, she also deals with personnel issues, employment opportunities, and Human Resources-related training for City of Woodward staff.

Kaye Kurtz is the Payroll and Benefits Clerk and has been employed with the City of Woodward since 2003. She handles the payroll for the City of Woodward employees and also is the point of contact for all City employees who may have questions concerning their employment benefits such as health, vision, dental, life, retirement and supplemental insurance.  Kaye also handles all workers compensation related issues as well as functions as administrative assistant to the Assistant City Manager.
