Convention Services In addition to serving as the primary tourism resource for Northwest Oklahoma, the Bureau is focused on providing quality services to groups meeting in Woodward.  The Bureau staff will customize your meeting arrangements based on group needs including lodging, event venues, dining, catering, entertainment, and local attractions, as well as provide “spouse programs” for additional guests not formally involved in your meeting.

  • 31,600 sq. ft.
  • Main Room capacity = 700 in audience seating or 400 in banquet seating; can be divided into 5 separate rooms
  • 3 classrooms capable of accomodating 80 persons each
  • Large exhibit hall with full-height glass windows overlooking Experiment Lake and undisturbed natural scenery, an elevated deck, and a patio complete with indoor/outdoor fireplace
  • Integrates multiple energy-efficient technologies, such as geothermal groundsource heat pumps, rainwater capture systems for reuse in irrigation applications, low-volume water fixtures, and real-time data display indicating energy savings achieved.
