AUTHORITY: Title IX, Chapter 95, Sections 95.02-95.99

PURPOSE: Act in an advisory capacity to the Mayor and City Commission in the areas of parks, public facilities governed by separate boards, other public areas, planning and implementation, grants and other assistance, cooperation with other agencies and organizations, policies and procedures, and gifts and donations.

MEMBERSHIP: Eight (8) members to be appointed by the Mayor and approved by the City Commission.

TERM: Three (3) years on a staggered term basis.
