AUTHORITY: Title III, Chapter 37, Sections 37.01-37.04

PURPOSE: The Library Board shall have control and supervision of the public library of the municipality. The Library Board may appoint a suitable librarian, and remove the librarian, subject to approval of the City Commission. Said Board shall fix any fees to be charged by the library and shall have such other powers and authority as may be provided by ordinance.

MEMBERSHIP: Five (5) members to be appointed by the Mayor and approved by the City Commission.

TERM: Three (3) years on a staggered term basis.
