Before you build a structure, before you add on to an existing structure, before you build a fence, before you install a new roof, before you move your mobile home onto or off of a City lot, before you pour a new sidewalk or driveway, before you place a new carport on your property, Call the Code Enforcement office at 580-254-8518 for permit information. The cost of a permit is far less than a fine and the cost of removing all non-permitted materials and starting again.
