The Administrative Assistant works closely with the City Manager, providing vital information and
performing tasks crucial in the day-to-day operations of the City Manager’s office. This office also serves as the Human Resources Department and deals with all personnel related issues. Mrs. Parks serves as the primary contact for this
office and has been with the City of Woodward since September of 1984. She has recently been designated as a Certified Municipal Official by the Oklahoma Municipal League.
